These terms and conditions set out the rules for using Best Offshore Sportsbooks at businesssideofmusic.com. Read them before you rely on anything published here. By browsing the site, following a link to an offshore sportsbook, or using our comparison tables, you accept the terms below. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

The short version: we are an independent comparison and review publisher. We are not a sportsbook, we do not accept wagers, we do not hold customer funds, and we are not a party to any account you open with an operator. Everything you read here is editorial opinion and research, and the final decision — along with the financial risk — is yours.

Last reviewed: Sep 27, 2026. These terms may change; the date shown at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.

Who may use this site

You must be at least 21 years old to use businesssideofmusic.com and to follow any link from it to a betting operator. Some offshore sportsbooks set 18 as their own minimum; where a site's stated minimum is lower than 21, our own age requirement still applies to use of this site. Nothing here is aimed at, or designed to appeal to, anyone under that age.

You also agree that you are responsible for knowing the law where you live. Online sports betting in the United States is regulated state by state, and the rules differ sharply between them:

  • Some states license and regulate online sportsbooks through a state gaming commission or board, with formal complaint channels for customers.
  • Some states allow retail sportsbooks only, or allow online betting in a limited form.
  • Some states restrict or prohibit online sports betting entirely.

The operators listed on this site are licensed outside the United States — typically in jurisdictions such as Curaçao, Panama or Costa Rica — and accept US players from states without a regulated online market. Accepting US customers is not the same as being authorized to serve them in a specific state. Offshore sports betting sits in a legal grey area for US bettors, carries no US state player protections, and we do not present it as clearly legal, licensed or regulated for you. Check your own state's laws, and if you need certainty, consult a qualified attorney.

What these terms cover, and what they don't

This siteThe offshore sportsbooks we cover
Publishes reviews, rankings and comparisonsAccept deposits and wagers, hold your funds
Governed by the terms on this pageGoverned by their own terms, which you must read and accept separately
Cannot open, close, limit or fund an accountSet their own bonus rollover, payout limits, KYC and account rules
Cannot recover a disputed balance or intervene in a payoutHandle their own disputes under offshore licensing, not US state oversight

If you have a problem with a bet, a balance, a bonus or a withdrawal, it is a matter between you and the operator. We can point you to their support channels, and we welcome hearing about it via our contact page because it informs our coverage, but we have no authority to resolve it.

Commercial relationships and how we make money

Best Offshore Sportsbooks earns revenue from affiliate partnerships. When you click through to an offshore sportsbook from our pages and open an account, we may receive a commission from that operator. You pay nothing extra, and the terms you get are the operator's standard terms.

Commission does not buy a position. Our rankings and editorial ratings are set by our review process, and a partner that performs badly on payout reliability, pricing or market coverage is marked down or dropped regardless of what it pays. Some operators we cover pay us nothing at all. Where a page recommends a commercial option, that relationship exists — we would rather say so plainly than bury it.

Editorial ratings on this site — for example the scores attached to Lucky Rebel, Bovada or BetOnline — are our own assessments. They are not customer-review scores, not independent audit results, and not a prediction that any operator will pay you.

Bonus offers listed on this site: the conditions that apply

Headline bonus figures are the operator's advertising, not ours, and they change without notice. We reproduce them for comparison only. Every offshore welcome offer carries material conditions, and you agree to check them on the operator's own promotions page before depositing. At minimum, look for:

  • Rollover / wagering requirements — how many times the bonus, or bonus plus deposit, must be wagered before a withdrawal is possible.
  • Minimum odds — many offshore sportsbooks exclude heavy favorites from rollover contribution.
  • Time limits — a rollover window that expires forfeits the bonus and often any winnings from it.
  • Eligibility — new accounts only, one per person or household, some states or countries excluded, some deposit methods excluded.
  • Payment-method conditions — Xbet's advertised 50% up to $200 welcome bonus, for instance, is tied to credit card use, and crypto deposits often unlock different offers than card deposits.
  • Caps and exclusions — maximum bonus conversion, excluded markets, and restrictions on hedging or arbitrage play.

A bonus is never free money. To qualify you must deposit and risk your own funds, and rollover means you can lose the deposit before the bonus ever becomes withdrawable. We list offers such as BetNow's 125% up to $2,500, BetUS's 100% up to $2,000 on sports with 25% on casino, or ApuestaHoy's 200% welcome offer only alongside this warning: the size of a headline number usually tracks the size of the rollover attached to it.

Accuracy, currency of information and independent verification

We research the operators we cover and verify what we can from operator sites and public sources. We have not deposited, wagered or withdrawn funds to produce this content, and we make no claim to have tested payouts. Where we describe payout speed, banking options or limits, we are reporting what the operator states or what is documented — not a measured result.

Offshore sportsbooks change terms, bonus structures, banking menus, payout limits and accepted states frequently and often without announcement. Information on this site is accurate to the best of our knowledge on the date shown, and may be out of date by the time you read it. You agree to verify the current terms with the operator before you commit money. Where a question is unresolved — a disputed payout record, a licensing claim we cannot confirm — we say so rather than filling the gap.

We do not reproduce operator marketing copy as fact, and we do not publish fabricated odds, stats or payout figures. If you believe something here is wrong, tell us and we will check it.

What we cannot promise

  • No offshore sportsbook is completely safe. Funds held with an offshore operator are not segregated under US state rules, and there is no US regulator to appeal to.
  • We cannot guarantee any withdrawal will be paid, paid in full, or paid on time. An offshore sportsbook may delay, limit or refuse payment, and a track record of paying is evidence, not a guarantee.
  • Crypto deposits and withdrawals carry price volatility risk. A balance held in Bitcoin or another coin can fall in dollar value between deposit and payout, independently of how your bets settle.
  • Betting is not income. Nothing on this site is a guaranteed win, a "lock," or a route to profit. Betting tips, previews and analysis are opinion, and most bettors lose money over time.
  • Odds, pricing, reduced juice, market coverage and limits are set by operators and can change or be restricted on your account without notice.

The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Best Offshore Sportsbooks is not liable for losses arising from your use of the site, from reliance on its content, or from your dealings with any operator listed on it — including gambling losses, unpaid balances, account closures or crypto exchange-rate movements.

Tax, legal and financial matters

US bettors generally have reporting obligations on gambling winnings, and offshore accounts can raise additional questions around funding, currency conversion and record-keeping. We publish general information only. It is not tax advice, legal advice or financial advice, and your circumstances and state will change the answer. Consult a qualified tax professional or attorney before acting.

Responsible gambling

Bet only what you can afford to lose, treat it as entertainment rather than a way to make money, and never bet to recover losses or to cope with stress or financial pressure. Set a deposit limit and a time limit before you start, not after.

Offshore sportsbooks frequently lack the responsible gambling tooling required of regulated US operators — deposit caps, cooling-off periods, reality checks and enforceable self-exclusion may be limited or absent, and there is no state self-exclusion registry covering them. Do not assume those safeguards exist on an offshore account.

If gambling is causing harm to you or someone close to you, free, confidential help is available 24/7 in the US on 1-800-GAMBLER. Our responsible gambling resources page has more on warning signs, self-imposed limits and where to get support.

Changes, governing terms and contact

We may update these terms at any time to reflect changes in our operations, the offers we list or applicable law. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised version. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

To understand how we assess operators before they appear in our rankings, see how we work and who we are, or start with our comparison of offshore sportsbooks that accept US bettors. Questions about these terms, corrections to our content or complaints about something we have published can go through the contact form, and we read everything that comes in.
